We take the time to answer any questions you may have during the process and leave feeling empowered to make the best decisions about your oral health.
Your first experience at Dental Associates, PC is estimated to be 1 hour and 30 minutes. Reserving this time for you allows our team at Dental Associates the opportunity to get to the whole picture of your health and dental history, as well as your dental goals. Your first appointment will include paperwork, a series of dental images including x rays, which allow for proper accurate diagnosis, periodontal probing with documentation, oral cancer screening exam, visual examination, diagnostic and treatment recommendations with your dentist. If time allows, your dental hygienist will perform a professional dental cleaning.
Following the examination, your dentist will review any findings along with an explanation of your current oral health status.
We understand that paperwork can be exhausting. For your convenience, we have our new patient paperwork posted for each location. If you are unable to complete your paperwork prior to your appointment, we simply as for you to arrive 15-20 minutes early ensuring you have ample time to complete all forms prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you have current x-rays or dental records from within the past 12 months and would like them transferred to our office prior to your initial visit, please complete the TRANSFER REQUEST FORM below or email to demarcodental@aol.com. We will be happy to assist you.
